The light falls from the sky again, giving me all the heat I could wish for.

The .hack series was one I always knew about but never paid much attention to. But G.U. was a refreshing change of pace, involving much needed improvements to the franchise that got me hooked. I'm so glad my friend forced this series on me and made me play this game, because it really is an incredibly find.

Adopted from the amazing Raine! This is a game I bought by chance, thinking that the cover art and game screenshots looked absolutely adorable. I found myself playing this video game constantly, for it's adorable graphics, it's beautiful music, and it's surprisingly complex and dark storyline.

FFIX came out when I was in middle school, and it's been one of my favorite video games for all of the years following it's release. It has a traditional fantasy setting with non-traditional character designs, enticing storytelling, and a stunning soundtrack. This game holds a large and special place in my heart and I am beyond elated to run the fanlisting for it.

What fans missed in Final Fantasy XIII and begged for in it's sequel, they were given. While the storyline itself is rather serious and can be dramatic, this game is full of lighthearted and fun moments, keeping it well-balanced. I absolutely love this game and all of the things you can do in it, and I'm happy to run the fanlisting for it.

Kingdom Hearts is and will always be one of my absolute favorite games. I have so many memories of my childhood attributed to this game - playing it with my sister and my friends and my niece. This is the fanlisting for the very first, the game that started what is now an enormous franchise. I am beyond elated that I was chosen to care for it.

Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 3 / Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 3 FES

Persona 3 helped me through a very tough time in my life. I was recovering from a very difficult and intricate surgery in July 2010, and wasn't able to take anything to help with the pain since the surgery was stomach-based. The only thing I had that could keep me distracted from my misery and pain in my three-month recovery period was this video game. It turned a horrible time into something that wasn't so bad, and I will love it dearly forever.

Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 4/Persona 4 Golden

Persona 4 was a wonderful gift from a friend during a difficult time. I was totally immersed in a fun, sometimes dark, but compelling world of high school students trying to solve a murder mystery and save their friends, all while creating fun school memories and learning to accept the darker sides of themselves they would rather deny. Persona is a very character-driven story and a fun, ever-changing experience. This game will always be close to my heart.

Tales of Graces

The Tales series has been around for a long time, and I admit that I came into it a bit late. I was always curious, but didn't end up trying it until Tales of Graces. I was plunged mercilessly into an amazing franchise and I've never looked back. The game was beautiful, the battle mechanics challenging and fun, and the story was interesting, but most importantly, the characters were immersive and lovable. Graces was my first Tales game, and therefore holds a tremendous amount of nostalgia.

Tales of Xillia

When Tales of Xillia first came out, I remember being so excited because it was the first Tales game where you could choose between playing as the male or female protagonist. Milla is an amazing, strong heroine while Jude is more a witness to her story, and it was really refreshing to see the gender roles reversed like that. The game's story was well done, with a few twists that I didn't see coming. Xillia wasn't my first Tales experience, but it is one of my favorites and I absolutely adore it.

Tales of Xillia 2

I am a massive fan of the Tales series, and Tales of Xillia has been my favorite so far. So when I heard there would be a sequel, I was the first one in my local Gamestop to preorder it. When I finally got the game home, I was not disappointed. Xillia 2 focuses on the characters Ludger Will Kresnik and Elle Mel Marta, but includes all of the Xillia favorites as well. While it doesn't have the same feel as the first, I still love it.
